Evan Taylor Jones

June 02, 2017 at 8pm

Alt-rock soul singer Evan Taylor Jones’ smooth and sultry vocals have often been compared to John Legend’s. Born in Inglewood, Calif. and based in Orlando, Fla., Jones has toured the world, thrilling audiences with his soulful style that incorporates classic elements of Motown and the Muscle Shoals traditions with indie rock. Spreading good vibes is inherent in what he does, performing songs about love, peace, happiness and triumphant over-comings.

Jones recently toured North America with his eight-piece band in support of his latest EP, "The Sunray Sessions Live," and opened for Bob Marley’s iconic band, The Wailers, at the House of Blues in Orlando.
