Levitt Amp Utica

Utica | New York

August 07, 2017 at 6pm

Floodwood is an progressive americana 'newgrass' string band hailing from the base of the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. Its members are veteran musicians whose music playfully moves between traditional bluegrass and jazz, with a number of playful hard rock licks along the way. The group's brother-like rivalry continues to push the musical bar, promising their audiences lively entertainment.

Straight out of the Adirondack foothills of New York comes Floodwood, the Northeast's newest progressive string band…the group incorporates the talents of five veteran musicians who have performed on stages around the world over the last two decades. - SoundSpike
