Concert Series Rules & Regulations

What to bring:
  • Personal identification and medical documentation, in case of emergency
  • Cash (no ATM available on or near site)
  • Beach umbrellas (must go behind umbrella line on field)
  • Small, foldable chairs – low backed chairs only (under 30”) to ensure good viewing for your neighbors
  • Blanket for seating
  • Rain gear (just in case)
  • Bug spray
  • Camera
  • A hat for shade
  • Your sense of humor
  • Your love of music
  • Your love of dogs
What not to bring:
  • No tents on grounds
  • No rolling coolers – only one small hand held cooler (no larger than 16” x 12” per person allowed)
  • No alcohol – beer available on site
  • No glass containers
  • No weapons of any kind
  • No fireworks
  • No illegal substances
  • No hover boards or other motorized vehicles
  • No drones
  • No music players, Bluetooth speakers, etc.
  • No vending allowed (aside from pre-approved festival vendors, of course)
Dog Specific Rules:
  • Dogs within fenced concert venue must remain leashed
  • Dogs in gallery must be leashed
  • Dogs are allowed off leash in all other areas at Dog Mountain
  • Please pickup after your dog and place waste in the identified trash containers
    • Consider bringing extra plastic baggies or other items to clean up after your dog
  • Please be considerate of other attendees and their canine friends: If your dog is being noisy or otherwise distracting, please consider moving to a different location
Other:
  • Smoking is limited to parking lot and/or designated smoking areas on site  

Parking

  • Concert series takes place at Dog Mountain, 143 Parks Road, St. Johnsbury VT
  • All parking will be on Dog Mountain premises
  • Parking will be in the two lower fields at the entrance of Dog Mountain, both to the right and left (see attached map)
    • Section A is primary parking
    • Section B is secondary parking (for larger events/#s)
  • Speed limit is 10 mph
  • Traffic flow and day-of parking logistics will be coordinated by Green Mountain Concert Services working alongside event volunteers.
