Flow Tribe's unique brand of high-energy, horn-infused funk rock has made them a staple of the New Orleans music scene. Described as a "traveling street parade," their joyful, fun-filled performances consistently get crowds up on their feet and dancing.
As friends who came together in high school and went their separate ways after graduating, they returned to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina to help rebuild the music community in their hometown. They have done just that, and have made a name for themselves nationally in the process, touring with renowned artists including Trombone Shorty and Bill Summers, and regularly appearing at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Fest, and Voodoo Fest. Their latest album, "BOSS" (2017), features Flow Tribe's infectious grooves and explores the depths of their funky, soulful style.
