Location Info


Chain Park is accessible from East 8th Street and Bouie Street or off of Highway 11 by the Petal Bypass. The music series will take place on the north end of the park. Chain Park is open all day, but the concert site does not open until 5pm on the day-of-show. Look for directional signage for the entrance to the concert site. BRING A LAWN CHAIR or blanket and please read the PARK RULES below. Unless otherwise noted, the schedule for all shows is as follows:

5PM – Concert Site Opens

7PM – Opening Act

8PM – Headliner     

All concerts should end by 10PM. 


The Hattiesburg Arts Council will be on-site each week and will have activities for children. The Center for Oral History and Cultural Heritage from USM will be on-site featuring media archives that celebrate Mississippi. They will also be recording oral histories ON SITE – so come on out and tell us about your first Mississippi music moment and what Mississippi means to you!


Parking is available on-site in the park and at Ebenezer Baptist Church just outside of the East 8th street park entrance. One row of reserved parking (by permit) will be set aside for sponsors - please do not park in reserved spaces inside the park.


  • No weapons or firearms.
  • Pets must be on leashes and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
  • No fires or grills.
  • No umbrellas or tents.
  • No unauthorized vehicles driving or parking on unpaved surfaces.
  • Concertgoers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets and bug repellant.
  • Concert grounds open at 5PM day-of-show.
  • Due to insurance reasons, no outside alcohol permitted.
  • No smoking.


Sacred Heart Church will be managing the alcohol sales on-site. To purchase alcohol, you must be 21 or older and have a valid ID. You will need to get a wristband from the beverage tent along with beverage tickets. In an effort to be environmentally-friendly, you will need to purchase a reusable festival pint cup for alcohol ($2.00). Credit card will be accepted for ticket purchases and beverage tickets are good for the entire series (10 shows).


Ebenezer Baptist Church will have food available on-site for purchase. Coca-Cola products will also be available for purchase on-site. Other vendors may be on-site as well. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please click here for vendor information. 

All proceeds from the beverage sales help to support the series and the local community churches (Sacred Heart and Ebenezer). Please support your community!


Restroom are available inside the concert site.


Chain Park is ADA compliant and accessible. Accessible parking spaces are also available.
